Housekeeping communication needs clarity!!! Rooms lack coffee makers, a much-needed facility!!! It was disappointing to deal with a towel mix-up. Just a few missteps could greatly enhance the experience.

Clean hotel in a very well maintained building just off the ocean. Friendly staff at all times. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, multi-channel television, and a seating area. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Excellent pool, parking onsite. What a stunning and good location in the middle of jackson! What a really great stay, no complaints whatsoever❤

The stay was quite nice, especially because we were able to enjoy some delicious wine sold by a fantastic staff member who also helped us start a cozy fire. The large double room we had was really spacious and offered a lovely view. Exploring local wineries like Tienda de Quesos y Vinos Cremeria los Globos just a short drive away was a highlight of our trip. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room to enjoy my morning brew.

The Large Double or Twin Room was pretty comfy, and I loved how spacious it felt. The bed was nice, and it had a great view of the surroundings. I wish it had a coffee maker. I really missed having my morning coffee in the room. The only bummer was some mix-up with towels, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and it had a great location near the ocean, just a 10-15 minute walk from the South Florida Fair, plus we enjoyed the breakfast.
